E-RECORDING

Lake of the Woods County accepts e-recording of real estate documents.  We accept most types of documents and partner with four trusted submitters. For a fee, the submitter scans and uploads the original document into the system, and then an electronic image is transmitted to our office for recording. Please contact any of the following trusted submitters to learn more about e-recording your document.
