CIVIL PROCESS
The Lake of the Woods County Sheriff’s Office offers several unique services to the community. The responsibility of this division is to ensure all processes of service are done in a timely and respectful manner.
You can request civil process services by mail or in person. Attorneys and other lawful jurisdictions will be billed for services. All third-party processes must pay at the time of receiving paperwork.
